Stopping the “Leak” with an Appology
So a few days ago, Wikileaks leaked a story about US Soldiers in Iraq killing innocent and defenseless civilians. I find it interesting that this leak has sparked a response from the original soldiers who were involved.
I would like to assume that this story was broken solely through Indy Media outlets, and it could potentially go down in history as being so, but I find it interesting that in this modern era where technology dominates Mainstream Media didn’t pick this up first.
The ability to affect and cause a response on the government level of this caliber is a huge step forward for indy media, and possible a precursor of what Indy media can accomplish in the future.
